Do not include students granted an IS grade - that is, a student "who has failed to present for an examination [and] is subsequently granted a Supplementary Examination on the basis of documentary evidence."

It is the convenor's responsibility to advise the student in writing of the completion date; and to lodge a copy of that advice with Raewyn Twynham.  The date should be early enough to have results to the Registrar by the end of August for first semester units (even earlier if the student intends to graduate) or the end of January for second semester units.
